“Coffee Corner” Volunteer Planning Evening, Thu 17 May (7 – 8pm)
Our next meeting will take place in the Drawing Room at Westbury Arts Centre on Thursday 17th May from 7 – 8pm.
The agenda looks like this so far:
- Update on the project to date
- Jobs requiring specialist skills and resources (eg. Greenhouse assembly; collection of pallet collars; shed etc.)
- Future plans (- incl. next events) and ideas for how we can work together with local interest groups, especially those that have recently come forward such as Buckingham Forest Garden, Shenley Village & Garden Club, Men in Sheds MK.

Next Permablitz (with “Bring & Share” lunch), Sun 20 May (11am – 1pm)
Our next garden permablitz is scheduled for Sun 20 May from 11am – 1pm. This gives us a couple of hours to get together and continue our work on the permaculture plot doing the final preparations before we plant up the Forest Garden and build our raised beds in June.
Please bring some snacks for a “Bring & Share” if you’d like a bite to eat for lunch after the permablitz.
