Volunteers are always welcome to join us in our community gardens, but this appeal is a little bit different because we would like some help with specific jobs on our projects in 2022.
We’re growing
We’re keen to host more events and garden activities across various sites again this year to keep our community gardens growing. And we also want to continue to keep our volunteers and wider community engaged with what we’re doing to encourage even more food growing, connection with nature, and community-building across MK.

So, if you are a wonder with words, …or consider yourself a community organiser, …or just love a gardening gig, …or are simply a bit arts and crafty, we would love to hear from you. Because we have a variety of volunteer roles that were made for interesting people just like you!
Skills sharing
As you’d expect with our permaculture ethos, naturally there will be lots of collaboration with like-minded folk, openness for creativity, and skill-sharing to go around for supportive volunteers.
No long-term commitment is expected. After all, volunteering is about us all having fun and feeling good about doing some good in the world!
